Korkers needed on them rocks?
Most certainly. Especially if you go further out on the rocks on either side where they're not at the sand level. They can get slippery. Better safe than sorry.
How do you gain access to west end, theres a dude there at the stop sign?
screw them! just go right past them. Your fishing don't let anything get in your way.
